Upwell Digital Solutions was founded on a simple observation: businesses are spending too much money on software they don't own and can't control. Every month, the bills stack up for SaaS subscriptions, per-seat AI tools, and cloud services where you're paying a markup for convenience.
Meet the Founder
Upwell is led by founder Mike Kulka. Mike has spent the last ten years as a professional software developer, including work on applications used inside Fortune 500 companies, and for the past three years has taught computer science. That combination of enterprise-grade development experience and the ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans is what drives everything we do.
